CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – CT

Burlington Construction Co., Inc., a locally based residential and commercial general contractor, has an immediate need for a Superintendent to join our team. We seek a proven leader with seasoned technical experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be the on-site representative responsible for leading the team to successful project completion – high quality work that meets project schedule timelines. We look for a strong professional presence as you will also provide jobsite leadership in the areas of quality, safety, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5-8 years of building construction experience. Demonstrated dedication to safety is required. This means deep knowledge and appreciation of safety processes and the confidence to enforce job-site safety expectations. OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 is preferred. Previous experience with Connecticut Department of Transportation specifications and regulations is considered a plus.
