Most startup business owners aren’t legal experts.  But every business needs to interact, follow and be aware of the laws that govern their company and industry.  In this seminar you’ll learn from attorney/CPA Gideon Rothschild what regulations exist that will impact your business from incorporation to paying taxes, protecting your personal assets and eventually growing and potentially selling your business.

You’ll also learn what business form to use (S-Corp vs. LLC), what new changes in the law means to you if you are an LLC or corporation and get to ask your most important business-law related questions.

This seminar will be taught by Gideon Rothschild, a retired attorney and CPA, with extensive experience advising business owners on tax and asset protection.
