On January 1, a new federal law – The Corporate Transparency Act – went into effect, requiring all LLCs and Corporations in the U.S. (however small) to file “beneficial ownership reports” with the U.S. Treasury Dept. this year.  This program will focus on who needs to file, what information should be disclosed, and what happens if you fail to file.
