The Chamber’s Job Fair is held twice a year—once in the spring and again in the fall—to connect motivated job seekers with local employers. Sponsored by the Chamber and hosted by the City of Torrington, the event takes place at City Hall Auditorium and is open to the public.
Participating employers receive a dedicated space to showcase their company and share opportunities with potential candidates. Meanwhile, hundreds of job seekers receive a Chamber-provided flyer full of helpful job-hunting tips and a directory of all participating employers’ contact information—making follow-up easy and effective.
It’s a win-win for the entire community!
