$25-$30 an hour      Part-time

Monday to Friday

Senior Home Care Service Provider seeks an organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience and effective communication skills.  The position will be a maximum of 4-5 hours per week.  This is an hourly position.  Salary will be decided based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bookkeeping experience 3-5 years
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Windows 10 and PC operating systems
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • References required

Minimum Responsibilities;

  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management
  • Allocation of income and expenses
  • Oversee month end close and reconciliation of accounts
  • Complete and distribute month end financials (reports, balance sheet, income statements, and P&L)
  • Payroll administration and processing
  • Maintain annual licenses
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Organize and maintain all tax, payroll documents

Job Type:  Part-time Pay: $25-$30 per hour
