Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is looking for a Speech Therapist to provide home health visits in Litchfield County. The speech therapist is responsible for developing and providing speech therapy services to patients and for instructing the patient, caregivers and others in appropriate techniques and plans of treatment. The speech therapist may function as the case manager when all other skilled services are discharged. The speech therapist is responsible to the Director of Clinical Services.
