Responsibilities:

Provide personal hygiene and grooming care to client, assist with toileting, ambulation, etc
Perform routine housekeeping and meals for client’s nutritional needs
Report changes in clients’ condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator; record each client’s care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner
Assist with providing emotional support for the clients and their families
Assist with routine therapy exercises; Participate in case conferences as requested

Qualifications:

Two years of continuous work experience
One year of previous personal care work experience
Must have a current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
New Grad CNA’s are welcome
