$25-$30 an hour Part-time
Monday to Friday
Senior Home Care Service Provider seeks an organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience and effective communication skills. The position will be a maximum of 4-5 hours per week. This is an hourly position. Salary will be decided based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications Required:
- Bookkeeping experience 3-5 years
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Windows 10 and PC operating systems
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- References required
Minimum Responsibilities;
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management
- Allocation of income and expenses
- Oversee month end close and reconciliation of accounts
- Complete and distribute month end financials (reports, balance sheet, income statements, and P&L)
- Payroll administration and processing
- Maintain annual licenses
- Bank account reconciliation
- Organize and maintain all tax, payroll documents
